Soraix will enable companies of all sizes to raise capital via their own ETOs issued on our platform, via a dedicated blockchain.

The Soraix ICO will provide investors with the unprecedented opportunity to purchase the SRX token, which will be based on a 1 to 1 peg to equity tokens emitted by private and public companies, enabling our users to purchase such equity tokens at often heavily discounted rates and thereby directly share in our company’s profits. In addition to offering an extensive selection of major crypto currencies and altcoins, Soraix will also offer a broad network of equity tokens (issued by public and private companies offering their tokens on Soraix) available to be traded on our platform.

Dedicated Blockchain.

In the interest of providing a reliable, cost-effective, and efficient crypto currency & digital token network, Soraix will develop our own dedicated blockchain, to be launched in Q3, 2020.

Social Trading.

Our users will have the ability to copy trade portfolios of other users (referred to as “Leaders” on our platform). By doing so, users will have the opportunity to align their performance with that of leading traders on our site. Leading traders on our platform, will also have the added benefit of receiving a share of revenue generated from trades copied by followers.

Token Offerings.

At Soraix, companies of all sizes will have the ability to raise funds via the Soraix platform, by issuing their own Equity Tokens to be traded on our exchange. Soraix users will then be able to purchase and trade these tokens on Soraix (and other platforms in the future).

Revenue Sharing.

Soraix will offer our users a one-of-a-kind opportunity to share in our revenue: we will offer our users the ability to purchase Equity Tokens issued on our platform, on a 1:1 peg against our Soraix (SRX) token, regardless of the value discrepancy between them. To ensure a fair, and balanced revenue sharing system, the number of Equity Tokens available for trade via our one of a kind 1:1 standard, will be limited. A user holding the SRX Token (even if it’s value at the moment is USD $1), wishing to purchase 10 Equity Tokens trading at $20 our site, will only need 10 SRX Tokens to proceed with the trade (thus effectively purchasing an asset trading at $200, for a token trading at only $10). This unique revenue sharing model will not only vastly increase the desire for the SRX Token, but will also provide a transparent avenue for our token holders to secure a share of our revenue.

SRX Tokens
SRX tokens can be used to purchase Equity tokens at a 1:1 value - allowing traders to trade a token of plausibly lower value for one of a higher value.
